How do I pay for the services?

we urge all our customers sign up for A.C.C.P. We offer lower prices to our customers who do. More information is listed below.

Do I have to sign a long contract?

No contracts. While you can cancel your service at anytime with 24 hours notice, we do have a 4 cut minimum to qualify for our reduced prices. If cancelling before meeting the minimum cuts, a $30.00 fee applies.

Do you offer same day services?

YES! If you are not on weekly or bi-weekly service with us we will try our hardest to fit you into our schedule for same day service. We will charge a little more for the service.

Do you guys offer anything besides Lawn Care?

Friendly Neighborhood Help LLC. started out as only a lawn care business in 2007. Since then we have been adding different services like exterior painting, and in 2011 snow plowing. Although lawn care is the major part of our services we have additional services to offer. Please visit our service page to see what we offer. We may in the future offer other services so please check our website for any updates.

Do I have to be there while you evaluate my lawn?

No, we evaluate as many as 10 lawns each day which makes it hard to meet with each of our customers for an evaluation. How the process usually works is we stop by your house and give your lawn an evaluation. We then either leave an evaluation sheet on your door or give you a call with our guaranteed price. It is then in your hands to decide to start service. If you wish to start one of our services you then need to call back in order to confirm services. If we are able to view your lawn online using Google Earth we will call you to give your evaluation over the phone.

Why is it a different price for Weekly and Bi-weekly services?

We charge less for bi-weekly for a few reasons. The first reason is because if you choose two week service your lawn is usually overgrown by the second week. It will then take us longer to service your property. If you choose weekly your lawn will never be overgrow and will always stay manicured. Also weekly service allows us to fill our routes so their are no gapes in between services which saves us money on gas prices.

We offer lower prices for those who use debit/credit card payments because it saves us and you the customer

Friendly Neighborhood Help has realized that we now live in the age of automation.
