No Contracts: While you can cancel your service at anytime with 24 hours notice, we do have a 4 cut minimum if you are weekly,and a 2 cut minimum for bi-weekly to qualify for our reduced prices. If cancelling before meeting the minimum cuts, a $30.00 fee applies. *Does not apply to one-time cuts*
All mowing is done with appropriate size equipment: Mulching your lawn clippings is the preferred way to mow your lawn therefore beneficial.
Fully Insured: Did you know if your current/potential contractor is not insured and gets hurt while mowing your lawn, they could file a claim against your Homeowner's policy! Friendly Neighborhood Help is fully insured for accidents to your property and injuries to our personnel.
Uniformed Friendly Staff.
Easy Payment:We accept all major credit and debit cards. Using our automated billing system we will bill your credit or debit card the day of your service. This minimizes our administration workload and keeps our prices as low as possible. This also allows you to track your monthly mowing charges. Due to the differences in posting for all credit and debit cards, the date of the charge and day of service may differ. No bills to open, no more checks to write. Our billing system will automatically bill your credit card of choice the day after your service.
Regularly Scheduled Day: We give you a scheduled day and we will be there. Schedule delays only occur due to weather, in which case your cut will be rescheduled for the following day. You can check our website for any potential delays
Our service includes: Mowing with the appropriate size mulching mower( mower sizes are 21", 32" 36" 44"), maintaining the edge on all concrete walks, blowing off all areas and trimming any areas not accessible with our mowers. If your walks have not been edged in the past and are over-grown, we will attempt to edge them.
Seasonal Renewals: We will automatically renew your account from year to year, season to season until you call or email us to cancel your service. We start mowing approximately the 1st week of April and continue until the first week of November.
